RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY SEALING

Our driveway/parking lot sealer is a premium quality cutback asphalt cement protective sealer, specifically formulated to preserve and protect existing asphalt pavements from the aging process. Dries very quickly to a natural hot mix asphalt finish. Finished surface is non-tacky and non-tracking. Very cost-effective preventive maintenance tool to help extend the life of your asphaltic pavement. ​Can be applied in temperatures above 10°C.

Using Infrared Asphalt Heating equipment is probably the most cost effective way to full driveway replacement and to repair asphalt potholes and soft spots. LINE PAINTING

We use a top quality solvent based traffic marking paint. Available in a variety of colours and dry to touch in seconds. Parking lot  can be opened to traffic in less than 10 minutes. MSDS available here.  High visibility and ready to use. Glass beads can be added for making reflective markings

Two weeks later, he and his team arrived and carved out all the cracked areas. They filled the cracks with a molten rubber material. ( The same that you would see on the highways).
When that part of the job was done, they spray sealed the driveway with an ashphalt liquid material covering everything.
I was impressed with this company with their service and dedication to detail and would recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work completed.
On a side note, we have had many people over the years stop by and try to sell me on sealing, most of them were fly by night types that covered the surface that didn't last.
